Victoria Arteaga is the mother of three daughters: Violeta 9, Amelia 6 (Syngap1) and Lourdes 2. Amelia was diagnosed in 2018 at the age of 3. From the moment of receiving her daughter's diagnosis and knowing the challenges that the diagnosis represented, especially in Latin America, Victoria and her husband Juan decided to get involved to actively participate and help the Latin American and Hispanic community in order to promote awareness, support and seek a cure for the disease.
Victoria Arteaga is originally from Colombia, BA on International Business, Major on Political Studies and Geopolitics, Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University and experienced in logistics, sourcing and distribution. She currently lives with her family in Jupiter, Florida.
The Syngap Research fund is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 83-1200789) headquartered in California.
